Processing & Delivery Times

• Production time: 10 business days

• Delivery within Switzerland: 3–5 business days after production

• International delivery: Varies by destination (typically 7–14 business days)

 

Customs & Import Taxes (For International Orders)

• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

• Please check with your local customs office for details.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Since each print is custom-made to order, we can only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

 

Returns & Exchanges

• If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no extra cost.

• If you received the wrong item, we will correct the order as quickly as possible.

 

No Returns on Custom Orders

• Since each print is produced individually, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

• Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., the product is out of stock or significantly damaged).

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
